Landscape & Still Life

LANDSCAPE

I took both pictures at Targhee national Forest. I love the animal prints leading out into the forest. Landscape was really difficult for me to capture. Give me some tips to do better.

I took this on a trip to New York City near Broadway and 40th, by the Port Authority Bus Terminal. This photograph captures the city scape and culture. I love all the colors in NYC from the buildings, vendors, people and signs. Their is so much life in the city.

STILL LIFE

  1. I really like your shots. The second one looks a little overexposed, but I really like the composition and the idea to use footprints for visual interest.

  2. Pretty snow shots! My favorite, though, is this last one from New York. I like the colors from the awning and umbrellas and the great overcast lighting that makes it all pop so well. :)

  3. I really like the footprints in the snow. Great idea! However, you probably could have changed the brightness and contrast.
