Portraits

I took a close up picture of my friend Amanda in an ally way off main street. I was a couple feet away then zoomed in on her face. I adjusted hue saturation and levels.

I took this about three weeks ago up in the Targhee national Forest. I took the shot about 10 to 15 feet away from the subjects then zoomed in to make the landscape appear closer. I really love the lighting in this photo. I made no adjustments on the lighting, but did cover up some blemishes on the face.

This picture was take with the portrait setting. I wish I would have changed it to another setting because his face is a little blurry. However, I like the composition and lighting. All I did was auto contrast and this is how it turned out.

  1. Your portraits look great. I like how you used that zoom technique that Sis. Esplin taught us, it turned out really well! Great lighting and great angles.

  2. I like the Targhee picture it really did get a good lighting to it
